Tillingbourne After School Club
Tillingbourne Junior School offers their own extended after school club called After T's.
What are the opening times? The club runs from 3.20pm until 5.45.
Where will it be based? The club will be based in the cookery room in the Friendship lodge and has access to the main hall and playing fields.
Who will run the club? The club will be run by our own staff and supported by sports coaches from Planet Soccer.
How much will it cost? The club can be booked at a flat rate of £13 for a session (£10 on Fridays). Places are limited.
What we offer: There will be a wide range of activities including; cookery, craft, board games, reading, construction, sport and much more. Children may just need to relax at the end of a long school day and may simply ‘chill out’. They are encouraged to choose the activities they wish to take part in and the emphasis is very much on supervised free play, giving children a chance to catch up with old friends or make new ones.
How do I book?
We can only accept children who are booked in. If you are an existing parent you can book and pay for your sessions on-line via Tucasi/SCOPAY. Just go to the ‘Product’ tab and select your sessions from the calendar. Booked sessions need to be paid for in advance so you will need to top up your balance before booking. You can also make payments with childcare vouchers or with the taxfree childcare system. Please inform the office if you are intending to use these so we can update your account. You can book on-line for single or multiple sessions up to midnight two days beforehand. For any last minute bookings please contact the office.
Will I get a refund if my child doesn’t attend? Booked sessions can be cancelled up to midnight two days before the session taking place. For sessions which have been booked and paid for in advance, we will not issue a refund; your cancelled session will create a credit balance on your account which can be used for other sessions.
Can I pay with childcare vouchers or the tax-free childcare system? Yes, you can. Please contact us so we can update your account.
Do you take siblings from infant schools? No, at present we cannot accept children at After T's who are not current Tillingbourne pupils.
Access arrangements. Access to the school premises for pick up will be through the wooden gates into the playground. However, parents and carers are requested not to enter the Friendship Lodge and to knock or to call After T's staff on the number below to collect their child.
